Terms of Service

1. General Terms

BozLat AI (the "Service") provides AI-powered customer communication bots to businesses. You may not use the platform unless you accept these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

  • Your account is for your use only and may not be shared.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
  • Providing false information is prohibited and may result in suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use BozLat AI to:

  • Create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Send spam or conduct fraud or phishing.
  • Overload the system or interfere with normal operation.
  • Collect or process personal data without authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

BozLat AI offers Trial, Starter, Professional, and Premium plans. Starter includes one selected channel; Professional includes all text channels; Premium also includes the voice AI phone assistant.

  • No credit card is required for the 7-day free trial.
  • Paid subscriptions are charged at the beginning of the selected monthly or annual period.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is issued for unused time.
  • Text usage above 2,000 messages per month is billed at ₺0.25 per message.
  • Voice AI usage above 300 minutes per month is billed at ₺8 per minute.
  • Early-access prices are available for a limited time and remain protected while the existing subscription stays active.

5. Privacy and Data

Personal data is processed under applicable law, including Türkiye’s KVKK. Customer data collected by your bot belongs to your business and is not shared with third parties by BozLat AI.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, content, logos, and software belong to BozLat AI and are protected by copyright law. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

BozLat AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the previous three months.

8. Termination

BozLat AI may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Users will be notified in advance if the Service is discontinued entirely.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or platform notification. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
