What is BozLat AI and how does it work?+
BozLat AI is an assistant platform that automatically answers customer messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and phone calls using AI. It is trained with your business information and serves customers 24/7.
How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost?+
During early access, the WhatsApp channel starts at ₺1,499 per month and includes 2,000 messages. The standard price will be ₺2,499 per month; early subscribers keep their entry price while their subscription remains active.
Is there a setup fee?+
Our standard setup fee is ₺4,999, but it is waived for all new customers during the launch period.
What happens if I exceed the monthly message allowance?+
For text channels, each message above the included 2,000 monthly messages is billed at ₺0.25. Your account remains active without interruption.
What is the per-minute price for the voice AI assistant?+
The Premium plan includes 300 voice AI minutes per month. Additional usage is billed at ₺8 per minute.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Which plan should I choose?+
Choose Starter for one channel, Professional for WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat, or Premium if you also need a voice AI assistant for phone calls.
How do I manage multiple businesses?+
You can add multiple businesses from your dashboard. The limit depends on your plan: two businesses on Professional and four on Premium. Each business has separate bot settings and data.
Where are my data and customer conversations stored?+
Customer data belonging to your business remains yours and is not shared with third parties. Processing follows applicable privacy laws, including Türkiye’s KVKK. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period, and service continues until that period ends.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?+
Yes. We integrate your existing WhatsApp Business number during setup; your number does not change.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?+
Conversations that require human help are routed to you automatically, so customer messages do not remain unanswered.
Can BozLat AI also build my website?+
Yes. We offer professional website design as a separate service, with early-access pricing starting at ₺9,999.
Which languages are supported?+
The platform currently supports Turkish and English, and your bot can communicate with customers in both languages.
Can I complete setup without technical knowledge?+
Yes. The setup wizard guides you step by step, and our support team can help whenever needed.
