Frequently asked questions

What does the early-access price mean?
These are our launch-only discounted prices. If you subscribe during early access, your price stays the same even after we switch to standard pricing — you pay the same rate for as long as your subscription is active.
Is there a setup fee?
The standard setup & data-training fee is ₺4.999; it is completely free during early access. Setup includes AI training on your business data, channel connections, and going live.
Can I get more than one channel?
Yes. You can pick any combination of channels. For multiple channels, the Professional (all text channels) or Premium (+ Voice AI) bundles are more cost-effective than buying them individually.
What happens if I exceed my message / minute quota?
Service is not interrupted. Extra usage is added to your next invoice at ₺0.25 per extra message on text channels and ₺8 per extra minute on Voice AI. You can opt to be notified when your quota runs out.
Is there a trial period?
Yes — a 7-day free trial. No card required. During the trial you get full access to all channel features; at the end you can choose any plan you like.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit card (3D Secure) and installment options are available. Billing is in Turkish Lira.
What happens if I cancel?
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period. Your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
