1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how BozLat AI ("we", the "Service") processes the personal data of businesses using the platform ("Customers") and people who communicate with Customer bots ("End Users"), including under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data We Collect

Customer account data: name, email, phone number, business information, and payment records. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
End-user conversation data: bot conversations and contact details shared through WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, or phone.
Usage data: login times, features used, and error logs used to improve service quality.

3. How We Use Data

We process data only to provide the Service, manage accounts, bill customers, provide technical support, and meet legal obligations. End-user conversation data belongs to the relevant Customer and is not used for purposes unrelated to that Customer’s bot.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers such as cloud hosting and messaging API providers supply technical infrastructure, and their access is contractually limited.

5. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and access is limited to authorized systems. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and as required by law. When you request account closure, data is deleted except where statutory retention periods apply.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, and request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact destek@boz.lat to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

Our website may use a limited number of cookies for essential functionality and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
