How does pricing work?

A monthly subscription per channel: WhatsApp is 1,499₺/mo in early access with 2,000 messages included. Beyond the quota you only pay for what you use (₺0.25 per message); service is never cut off.

Is my data and customer messages secure?

Your conversations are visible only to you, are not used to train third-party models, and are isolated between businesses. You manage your knowledge base and privacy settings for KVKK/GDPR compliance.

What if the bot gives wrong information?

The bot only answers from the knowledge base you provide; when unsure it hands off to a person instead of making things up. You can review every conversation and update the knowledge base from the panel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract; you can pause your subscription whenever you want.
